The RM of North Qu’Appelle No. 187 is seeking pricing from qualified contractors for the supply and installation of two exterior commercial doors at the municipal office located at 136 Company Avenue South, Fort Qu’Appelle, SK.
Scope of Work
The project includes the replacement of:
- Office Side Entrance Door
- Utility Room Access Door
Both doors shall:
- Be insulated;
- Meet applicable commercial building and fire code requirements;
- Be equipped with commercial-grade locking hardware;
- Include panic/exit hardware (crash bar) to allow for quick egress from the building;
- Utilize separate key systems so that each door is keyed differently;
- Include all necessary hardware, installation, adjustments, and finishing required for a complete installation.
Contractor Requirements
Interested contractors must be able to provide:
- A current WCB Clearance Letter;
- Proof of applicable licensing and insurance upon request.
Site Viewing
Contractors wishing to inspect the existing doors prior to submitting pricing are encouraged to arrange a site visit.
