Whereas a poll is not required pursuant to The Local Government Election Act, 2015 for the office of:

I hereby give public notice, pursuant to Sec. 77 and 82 of The Local Government Election Act, 2015
that no voting for the said office will take place and the following nominated person is elected by acclamation:
