Summary: The Rural Municipality of North Qu’Appelle No. 187 (RM) applied to the
Commissioner for authorization to disregard the Applicant’s access to
information request under subsection 43.1(1) of The Local Authority
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (LA FOIP). The
Commissioner found that the Applicant’s access to information request was
repetitious and unreasonably interfered with the operations of the RM
pursuant to subsection 43.1(2)(a) of LA FOIP. As such, the Commissioner
authorized the RM to disregard the access to information request.
